It's an Ecuadorian carnaval tradition to throw water at people or use water guns. People in Quito threw water bombs at me a couple of times.... well it was kinda funny and I dried up quickly because of the sun, so that was no problem.That water throwing thing is possible everywhere in Ecuador, except for a city called Ambato. And guess what? Me and Karen went to Ambato... where they use coloured foam instead of water.... hmmm what's worse? Well, the foam really stains... as you can see on the pic below. I had a foam fight with Diego's nieces. They're so sweet! We stayed at Diego's place (he's a friend of the university) with Jorge (another friend) and his g/f. We had a great time!!!! Thank you Diego and family!!!!!!! That was the best carnaval of my life!
